Belt construction
Assembling the tie belt by stitching, trimming corners, turning right side out, and closing the opening.
Where it is used
Belt - Pinning Lengthwise
p. 19- Pin the edges of the belt together along the length, with the right sides facing inward.
Belt - Stitching
p. 19- Stitch the waistband, leaving a 3.0 cm opening for turning. Allow a 0.7 cm seam.
Belt - Trimming Corners
p. 19- Trim the seam allowances at the corners of the waistband finish.
Belt - Turning and Pressing
p. 19- Turn the belt right side out and press it, smoothing out the seam allowances.
